Updated Branch Operations in Response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The health and well-being of our members and employees is always a top priority.
Lobbies and Drive Through Services are Open. In our lobbies you may notice VECU team members wearing masks, and we would ask that our members do the same as a way of protecting each other when recommended by the CDC. If you are unable to wear a mask during those times of high infection rates in our city, we would ask you to utilize our drive through, phone or online services. VECU will remain dedicated to servicing members during any health pandemic or emergency while ensuring a safe environment for our membership and team members. Convenient Services are Available 24/7
VECU continues to offer 24/7 access to your account via the Internet Branch (Moneylink), mobile apps, and the Audio Response phone system. We monitor the Contact Us email service on the website which is supported during and after regular hours. You may also continue to apply for any loans online via the website or through the Phone Loan system at 757.930.2425 Option 2.
